  3. "The Borrower is the Slave to the Lender"
When you borrow money that person is going to want that money back. If you borrow from a lot of people it is like you are working for nothing -which is what slaves do.

  4. Why is co-signing never a good idea?
Because those people who want the money have been stamped "unlikely to repay" by the bank, so they most likely won't pay you back either.

  5. "Drive free method"
It's when you don't have to make payments on your car. You can keep the money you would have been spending on it and you can upgrade later on - without the debt!

  6. Why is leasing a car a bad idea?
You end up paying more than the price on the car at the dealership. Also, it goes down in value very quickly.

  7. "15-year mortgage versus 30-year"
You aren't paying the loan back for longer (which ends up being more). In the end you do pay it all back in 15 years and not 15 more years.

  13. For my career as an editor the typical requirements are:
"A college education is required for most editing jobs. Although it is possible for someone who demonstrates strong writing and editorial skills to train on the job, a bachelor's degree in English, communications or journalism is often a prerequisite for one seeking to become an editor. Students in these programs generally receive instruction on composition, sentence structure and editing."

  23. Describe one way advertising has played a way in something you purchased?
Now that it has been pointed out, I can see that it influenced my Christmas wish-list. For example I saw those headphones that "everyone's" using and wanted a pair. But, now that I think about it I don't really want or need a pair.
